^sure, but this is seemingly on a different scale.

I don't see Parks 2 going for another year or 2 minimum given the pace of Parks 1 paired with concrete high-rise construction costs and overall risk given market fundamentals.

That said, I hope it does.

Concrete prices in Edmonton have stabilized and are projected to come down in the near term (that said projections of any kind are still iffy)
