Two doors down, the lot was for sale last year. And the lot next door was also up for sale.

Ughhh. Some of these homes look so dated already. Terrible, just a terrible waste of resources. Imagine spending millions only having to spend more for renovations.

I suppose one reno after could give those who can afford it and have nothing better to do with their time something to keep themselves occupied.
The kitchen is fine, but I find the dining area in the picture above rather too bland. It is an impressive big space, so do something more interesting with it.
