Wonder what the odds are the parcel gets subdivided at some point? That's a big site.

I hope it gets split right down the middle, one parcel for the building and another for the surface lots. Both areas together are nearly half a hectare, which is quite large for Downtown.

The race is on... which street gets to the finish line first -- 104 or 106. This is going to be interesting to watch. And does 105 even care?
