Is this the skating rink at the Legislature? If so, I have no idea where this is located, or even how many winters it's been around. I haven't seen any signs pointing to this rink. I'll chalk this up to incompetent mismanagement by the province.

It's been operating for decades I believe and is on the south grounds, but yes, little promo.
