Saw this in my neighbourhood yesterday. I wonder if/how they were able to resolve the ridiculousness with the fire hydrants? The addition looks super cool, a mini-me if the main building, tacked on via an existing doorway (based on the existing building and the provided elevation) Excited to see how this turns out!

^ There’s an update to that in this video (at about 7:55 on). A cement foundation is imminent, but any further construction on the addition is dependent on the weather being good past the end of the month.
