I plan to stop by pre-Oilers soon, excited that they are there, but man, that looks like a for lease by owner sign and absolute shit effort.

It's hilarious because I actually thought that was a Cushman sign as I was scrolling by.

Yup, that's where their second location is going, with their only location being at the Ritchie Market currently. They have closed quite a few over the last 15 years - Jasper Avenue Mercer Building and now Garneau.
