Finally! This is a project that makes total sense. It will be a great place for more people working at the University to live nearby, not everyone can have a house in Windsor Park.

It gives the area more density, in addition to the nearby student housing and the building next to it.

Check out this quick time lapse we did of our slab pour at Windsor Terrace! For the first night of curing, we applied 4.6 million BTU's of heat! Totaling 8605 sqft, this slab had a total pour volume of 189 m3!
