I doubt they start anything until the west lrt is at least 2 years till completion. So 3-4 years from now maybe they'll start going. Thats my guess

This development is ideal, especially with a future LRT stop right at its doorstep.

They would benefit to proceed with the phase 2 buildout during VLW construction, time occupation with completion. Phase 1 has been very successful.
Sure construction is very noisy and disruptive, life in the big city. There's a price at the end of it all that hopefully makes all the short-term pain worthwhile.

Construction needs to happen at some point, but would've been ideal if the site was developed while VLW was also under construction (hard to match timelines though).
