So many past predictions so far about opening dates have turned out to be be wrong, so yes it is going out on a limb. I don't want to jinx it by coming up with a date, perhaps others feel the same, but I feel the thing has to open eventually and we must be getting close, so hopefully you are right or it is even sooner.
