That looks like a composted heap of sh*t. Just a slight downgrade from the original render sold. Very disappointing. Definitely not good enough for Edmonton, not even Leduc!

It seems like they have missed the essential meaning of cohousing and from an aesthetic standpoint there is no "there" there.

Funny a cohousing project is starting in the midst of a pandemic that requires people to stay away from each other.

@Daveography, ah, I didn't notice that. For a rearview its not too bad, I've seen better rears though. That view is the South face then, the alleyway. I'll hold off downgrading my vote till the money shot but I still think it looks like shat.
