I have one question: why don't they remove the blue plastic that's on the windows when they put the cladding up? I feel like I've barely - never?- seen that in Toronto, but I certainly did several time out west.
Thanks for your answer, @Daveography. I guess it's there to protect the glass during construction, but I'm not sure that a plastic sheet can protect much.
@Froggy I believe they were targeting a restaurant for one of the two spaces, but haven't heard if they've had any commitments for either of the bays yet.
