Once Parkview starts construction at 108th Street, the bottom half of that view will change immensely!

Credit where credit is due. It is probably my favorite intersection in the city. And I love that most of the Mayfair's CRUs are currently occupied and a lot of the businesses there are fairly busy most of the time.
I would love to see The Executive Lofts get some TLC to finish lightening up that corner.

^agree. This looks simple and clean with the big windows. The CNIB looks too messy with all the different colors and sizes of windows.
