I noticed there's movement on this again. I am extremely dubious about this building be viable or even safe to live in. It's sat open to the elements for a decade, and the panelized construction never looked to be terribly well sealed. there must be moisture in the walls. how will they get it dried out and mould-free?
I really want to see something like this building on the site, and the panelized construction is a cool idea, but the thing has sat exposed for so long. how is it safe?

Yah the new group involved did a nice update on the project. It looks cleaner.

The biggest departure from the renders seems to be that they are no longer using Scrubs green, which by itself is a huge improvement.
