Almost 1 year later from this last pic. If you stood in this spot today and took a picture, the picture would look exactly the same today

I forgot to post but I saw several workers there a week ago when I went by.
Maybe we should divert our investment we've collected on the 101 street Regency project to this. Let's help get this over the finish line!
