Don't think so no.
With other projects being pushed forward and the new park/LRT construction, my guess is that they will push it off a few years... and I was told that more or less awhile ago.

I'm still not crazy for the balcony arrangement, but I'm happy with this.

I don't think those are blinds...I think they're actual panels/walls. That seems weird and it doesn't look good.
