Nice shot, little shallower depth of field on the bridge and it'd be perfect! Nice leading lines for sure.

It looks like the building's street level is more or less nearing completion. I've still got some reservations about the Buena Vista reconstruction, but its shaping up pretty nice;

I have some reservations as well, mainly regarding the ground floor treatment (i.e. brick vs. original stone columns, lack of awnings, etc.). The second and third floors are well done, however.

Thats where my main point of contention is as well. To me the brick columns feel kind of oppressive, especially compared to the glassiness of the original design;

Looks like there is still the possibility of a wheelchair ramp to the left in this photo -- Inspector alert ?‍?

@archited There is, but forcing less mobile users to chicane around is bad form.

Since I have had to push a wheel chair around a bit. they could have still maintained the grade from the curb and cleared the door. This is a main sidewalk , it should have been a straight shot from the intersection.

They could have angled it down from the third cut.

As it is a can see able body walkers tripping on this as well. You don't expect a stair on a sidewalk.
