It appears the design has been refined a bit - smaller windows, etc (likely a mix of meeting building code and reality). Also, interesting that the courtyard appears to be above grade.

This is why I said on another thread that Procura should really consider another building or two next to this development right along the bus station/LRT station.

Ideally, you want to do completely parcels as quickly as possible, but, if the marketing does not warrant it, why would you want to build up though? No developers will do that. Look at Regency, Tower B, or Healy Ford.

If the marketing was steady for a certain guaranteed period, I would've agreed as you know what you have built will sell. As of right now, it wouldn't be prudent imo.
