So are we pronouncing the "re" part at the end of this word? Like "Louv-re" or do we just go with the french pronunciation of "Louv"? Or we could do the Brett Favre thing and pretend the R and the V are reversed, like "Farve" or in this case "Lourve". Thoughts?

I have to say that I love how much of a foot print this project is taking up. I really do hope the next phase bridges the big empty gaps.

Agreed. It's been a super slow process (was all supposed to be built out in 10 years) but at least it's still moving along.
