Jogged by there this morning and the brick on the townhouses is starting to appear.... I was amazed by how nice the brick looks. Didn't have a camera, but in my mind it bodes well for the rest of the exterior finishes.

Brick is nice just not the 1970s ground beef look. The darker colour shown in the renderings would have been so much better

Lets wait and see how the initial non brick portion interacts with it. The blob of white shrink wrap can affect the the imagination considerably at this stage.
