Just received an email & brochure from the sales team. Pricing is pretty wild for these units at about $1450+/sf.

I was fully expecting $1000+/sqft, but that is pretty high. Mind you, that is what the latest wood-framed condo in Canmore just hit along the tracks.... so basically a bargain.

I hope sales are going well enough for the condo to start building. Love the look of this building.
42% presold, which is almost enough to break ground. They are hoping to start in February.

This one has some momentum behind it. Over 50% sold (even if exaggerated a bit) is good sales progress thus far. Seems likely this will actually get built

In this current market environment with rates, a soft condo market, and the limited market for luxury condos any type of bank financing would likely require 100% presales
Yes, I heard that the penthouse that was sold was actually on a $ per sq. ft. basis a record for all of Alberta, higher than any $ per sq. ft. even sold in Calgary. It also was higher than the Pearl penthouse which sold earlier this year a for about $1,235 per sq. ft.
