The architecture in the rendering is fine (no pretentious crap tacked onto the facade)... with inset balconies it is well conceived and complements a retail/hospitality podium.

With both this, and the school construction on the other side of the road, Strathearn is getting busy.

Add in all the infill, and this might actually be an area that densifies fast because of the Valley Line.
