I walked by here this morning and it's a beautiful spot. I did see some building security walking around, so that might be a slight deterrent.

Our governments have seemed fairly incompetent about this over the last few years, so private public spaces it will likely then be.

Anyone know if Qualico and ETS are aware of what each other are doing? It would make so much sense to finish the underground LRT station before Churchill as part of this development.
