If the Switch is over 50% leased, then that just means the outlook for the rest of downtown is good. I don't expect the Parks to have difficulty leasing if this is what we're seeing.
At this point, just get more units going and it's going to get rented out no matter what.

Definitely excited about what this means for downtown and momentum for new builds. I just wish they would get rid of those cheesy advertisements on the side of the building lol.

My guess is they might be looking for a bit more market certainty on rents and more so on pricing given what’s going on with tariffs but also looking to avoid winter heating and hoarding costs.
