I wonder what Stantec is planning on doing with their existing building in between the bell tower and the new Stantec tower. Hopefully a tear down and a new tower!

Anthony - I believe our leases all expire around the time the new tower is done. We do not own any of our existing buildings, so the two offices on 112 St (Devonian on the east side and our main towers on the west) will be vacant until they find new tenants, though Devonian does have a floor or two of AHS I believe. As far as I know the Bell tower office is in a similar situation, I don't think it's going anywhere.

The Stantec tower has now exceeded the height of Edmonton's first office high-rise -- the CN Tower.

Stantec is working on floor plate 26; JW is working on floor plate 27. JW will be roughly equal in height to the Edmonton Tower when it reaches floor 37; by then, Stantec should be on floor plate 32 and should be Edmonton's tallest structure, bar none.
