That's a pretty specific number

I am not vouching for the accuracy of my number because it is based on the height of the Edmonton tower as reported in wikipedia -- 129.84 m (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tallest_buildings_in_Edmonton). I then, with as much accuracy as is allowed in a pixilated photo, extrapolated the vanishing point lines of the Edmonton tower until they crossed the vanishing point lines of the Stantec tower (top of steel of moment frames). I then was able to proportion the difference and compare it to the reported height of the Edmonton Tower. It is probably accurate to the nearest half-meter. I was waiting for a tele-meeting to begin so I had a few moments of free time for a little self-indulged lunacy.

I thought you were just an expert in geometry.

@westcoastjos -- I am confident in the geometry, trigonometry and calculus of the process -- what I am not confident in is the starting number from Wikipedia. If that number is accurate (and, quoted to two decimal places, someone sure thinks that it is) then I am confident in my calculation (but maybe drop the decimals). I was going to calculate the height to the top of the aircraft warning lights (six of them mounted on vertical rods attached to the upper steel flange on the southernmost beam) which are legitimately part of the construction but that would have made the Stantec structure significantly taller and I would then have to face severe grilling from Skyrise aficionados (me thinks ).
