Not that corner, that corner didn't exist til recently. But I do agree some CRU's would be nice there.

My buddy lives in phase 1 and works at Felice. Says he’s talked to the developers a few times and they aren’t doing commercial in this phase sadly.

I worked on the original plan for the area that included architectural guidelines, space allotment and concept.

Sounds about right. I recall them scaling it back, but was curious if things had reverted.

I completely get that decision as expensive retail units on a non-high traffic street are a recipe for well aged “for lease” signs but I can’t help but wonder if it’ll be the wrong decision in the long term. Few redevelopment areas have had as much good going for them as the Edgewater/Stadium Yards neighbourhood area.

Certainly a balance, but one would hope that with the density nearby and this adding to the mix that folks would want a couple of spots within 400m.

There were a couple days of rain that set the construction back lately, but today, they're progressing well! They're getting ready to pour concrete for some more of the structure columns and the basement stairwell walls.

This is probably one of the developments I~m the most excited about right now, up there with The Parks (out of the ones under construction).
Does anyone have renders for the whole project (all phases)?
