This evening around 8 pm from Strathern Dr.

Around 7pm I was driving down Whyte (around 83st), and could have sworn they were testing the LED fins on Stantec, it was really sporadic/minimal but there was some lighting test going on. I didn't have my camera but later went home to grab it (these pics) but to late. Umm, anyone else see anything ? I suppose it could have just been ULO activity, (unidentified lighting objects)..
