Asbestos abatement quotes were higher than expected so Procura is shopping around for a lower price for abatement work. Sounds like they want to get that as well as the demolition done asap so they can start construction of the new building in the summer.

This project will happen, construction likely early next year or spring (demolition and site prep is complex and will take some time).
