I actually kinda like the way this building looks, especially in the context of St. Albert. I'd rather have a bunch of these mid-rise buildings as opposed to a "Mississauga" situation, where you have bladerunner-esque skyscrapers abutting suburban houses lmao. It's like "Appropriate density? Urban transect? Never heard of her."
