Definitely a sign of confidence for downtown and overall really exciting news. But I agree that I wish this could've been a tower of similar height to The Parks development going on across the street. Or at least a tower of some sort that could have added to the skyline.

No complaints from me though, design is safe but pleasant, and getting rid of some old dilapidated buildings, especially in the core, is a huge win. I can't wait to see what the area looks like in 5 years from now. Could be a real happening place.

Works for me and expect to see far more of this product on central/Downtown-ish lots.

Reminds me of when we saw low-rise projects in the core in the early 2000s because numbers didn't work for towers, but demand was there for central living.

Honestly I'm of the same mind, the Parks should have some CRU units too nearby, here's hoping someone sees this and the Parks (along with the Shift a few blocks over) and it gets some momentum similar to 124 St and 102 Ave.

Hopefully not BCMnicheRegency Partnership ;)

But My Serious Guesses:

Westrich
Pangnam
Leston

Cidex
Casica
Rohit
Parkwood
Autograph
PK developments
ONE Properties
Anthem Properties
Truman (Calgary company)
Some other random country

The Bold ones are the ones that may be correct?
