Just drove by this one and there was a crew on site while 112 street was blocked off with a couple of big trucks unloading tons of equipment including an excavator. It’s safe to say this one is officially starting. I’ll make sure to take some photos next time!

Could be Ledcor, the development sign posted on Oct 2021 had a Ledcor email attached for a contact.

However, that’d make it four towers being built by them that started within the past year here in Edmonton.
