What a fantastic destination for anyone to live beside, not to mention Paul Kane park across the street. Best location in the city to live IMO.

Right at the Oliver Exchange building - or actually beside it in front of the parking lot where this will be built.

Yes, the new building (Oliver Exchange 2) is planned just north of the existing EPCOR substation, fronting 102 Avenue. There is an outdoor courtyard planned between the new building, substation and existing Oliver Exchange building.

Oh my lord, this area is turning out so beautiful. Oliver Exchange 1, Open Sky 121, and now this are so awesome for everybody in the community. Great job Beljan, we need more developers and architects like you who see value in our city and enhance it with beautiful and unique projects.

I live one block down 121, in the corner with Jasper Ave and there's NO WAY I'm leaving the area. If anything, I'm looking forward to all of the new condos being built in the area so when I decide to buy something, it's still around.

The building in the render looks fantastic! But that said, I do kind of hope they come up with a better name than just "Oliver Exchange 2".

Maybe they can replace "OEX2" with whatever new name the neighborhood will have soon, and make it like "_______ Exchange"
