Edit: Is the reason that one tower is kind of faded out because the design isn't finalized yet?

I am with you there @Platinum107. These look great. I too am wondering what is going on with the building on the left as to why it is faded.

@Platinum107 @Swore IIRC, the two northernmost towers are phase 1. The tower closest to the old MHF building is the second phase, and I think I heard RISE is looking for a partner to move ahead on that one.

They have been preparing for a very extended period of time...

The two northernmost towers are architecturally appealing -- the southern one throws it off balance. Perhaps it is what we affectionately call a placeholder.

@archited , I really like phase 1 towers (2 north) . South tower placeholder hopefully if ever built will fit in well.
