What are the two panels next to the kitchen? Look like ventilation intake or something for HVAC? Could they not have found a better spot for those? I mean, if I'm paying $4.7M, I'm going to be picky about those little things. Hard to cover those up with art or anything given where they are.

Looks good otherwise; too bad they didn't put the floorplan in the listing.

This one on the floor above includes a floorplan: https://www.topedmontonrealestate.c...1-10360-102-street-nw-edmonton-downtown_edmo/ - definitely like that layout and the separate wet bar.

In addition, there are a few on the 23rd floor that are two levels.

I prefer the two storey townhouses a wee bit lower at the transition. They are amazing!

I'd take the two story as well. I absolutely love any multi level in a highrise. Office or residential.

Anyone live in the Legends? I am seriously considering a unit there. Pros? Cons?

Also with the new tower going up, how much is it going to block the west facing views of the Legends?
Probably depends on what floor you're buying on since Legends is taller than the other tower will be. That said, if you buy now, I imagine you will still have a good view for several years until the other tower is complete.
