I hope they're very serious about developing. The last thing we need is another hole in the ground on Jasper Avenue. I would hate to see these buildings, which really aren't too bad looking, demolished for no reason

I live in Oliver and seeing all this density only makes me crave for more!!!
Also, makes me crave for the impossible, which would be seeing any kind of rail or BRT on Jasper, west of 109, but let's leave that to my dreams...
