Edmonton International Airport (EIA/YEG)

The Old Heineken bar right?
The red circled area is old heineken. Spot 32 is where the starbucks is located I believe.

“Increased storage at both YYC and YEG airports to keep operational equipment warm and ready”

It's not necessarily new either as Starbucks was there previously and I doubt it was dismantled (just boarded up). This is a good sign and makes sense as passenger numbers are getting very close to pre-pandemic levels.

I have a suspicion that United intended to announce Houston daily and had nothing for Chicago but quickly pivoted.

(If) you want another way to get from Edmonton YEG - Grande Prairie YQU area ,other than flying the WestJet YEG-YQU operating up to 4x weekly for the winter season. Signs are up for OEB and Wheels Up restaurants at YEG.

Btw, was checking out fares next Apr/May to ATL and boy are they ever cheap…..$300 return. Hmmmmm…..might be a good time to check out Stone Mountain again, Six Flags over Georgia, World of Coke, a Braves game; rent a car and drive up to Augusta to breath the same rarified air of The Masters, check out Charleston SC…..lots to do.
