Man, there's something about this apartment that I really like. It's such a sensible scale-up in density for a lot like this and, with its pleasant design, it fits in quite well.

From today, the Holyrood little infill that I'm looking forward to seeing completed.
I love the million-dollar lot next door... (more so if I owned it), the shack...
Back lane parking is nicely tucked away. I'd love to see lots more of this small infill concept.

Once again, LOVE THIS!! What a great way to use existing single-family lots in these old neighborhoods and bring in 4, 6, or even 8x the density that was there before!
