A few pictures from today.
Lol there already is a Hat in the Quarters that they’re still aggressively trying to rent out. I don’t think they’re going back there anytime soon. One tower has such a huge impact already, two more will be quite the sight! Imagine this project but in the Quarters instead
Wait what?! "Aggressively trying to rent out after what?" 8 years ago that building opened.....Lol there already is a Hat in the Quarters that they’re still aggressively trying to rent out. I don’t think they’re going back there anytime soon.
Would be a never ending effort in such a locationWait what?! "Aggressively trying to rent out after what?" 8 years ago that building opened.....
Yes, people actually do want to live in this area, probably the biggest limitation is not too much has been built around here and a lot of the buildings are getting older.I will applaud someone who puts three more Hats in the Quarters ! The difference is people will actually want to live on Whyte Ave right now...
I actually don’t know, I’m just going off of the big “now renting” banners that were still up on the building when I drove by last weekWasn't Hat already fully close to leasing out already? Even on Rentfaster there doesn't seem to be many units available.
It’s a very Edmonton thing to complain about how bad the bar/club/nightlife scene is in the city while also almost never going to any of the great establishments we have and supporting the scene so it can grow.Hopefully this project puts some life back into Whyte Avenue.
After visiting Nashville, Whyte Avenue could very much replicate Broadway's appeal.
