Agreed. I prefer they be torn down with something to replace them.

Yes, it will likely look much much different. Of all the aforementioned, I really hope Aldritt pulls through and builds at what they've mentioned for height. The proposed drawings look pretty great IMO as well.

Yep, the soft greys of the render made the spandrel out to be something different.

Oh well, I suppose they don't call it "Render Magic" for nothing!
