Given Edmonton's latitude, longer buildings orientated N/S are fine. The cruise-ship to the west is insulting to nearly every winter city design guidelines the city has.

I was only refering to the fact that, if it was higher with this exterior, it would have contribute tremendously to that Skyline in that area as all its neighbors is formatted in concrete.
