Those projects also use way more curtainwall and minimal stucco / EIFS than the Falcons, so not sure if they will end up looking very similar.Did they dummy either one or both down a few floors by any chance?

I drove by The Falcon along 104 St this morning, looks like the podium is coming along quickly. I'll need to snap pics next time I'm walking within the vicinity.

Stucco can be affective but those that have designed our towers on 104st should retire IMO.

Most of the roof of the 1st floor (or the floor of the 2nd floor) was poured today. Pace is going to start picking up on this now.

I'm assuming Phase 2 will flow similar to how things went with Icon and Fox unless things go terribly wrong with this project.

The fact that this thing is moving onto its 3rd floor and just got its structural permit... I love it. i wonder how far things will get before the rest of the permits for the exterior, interiors, etc get approved.
