Those projects also use way more curtainwall and minimal stucco / EIFS than the Falcons, so not sure if they will end up looking very similar.Did they dummy either one or both down a few floors by any chance?

That wall is begging for a mural and would be a great addition to the area if one was painted.Sure, but we will get an even less permeable blank wall on the south side of this for x yrs.
I'm assuming Phase 2 will flow similar to how things went with Icon and Fox unless things go terribly wrong with this project.I'd rather phase 2 get move forward and do a magic trick by making it disappear.

The fact that this thing is moving onto its 3rd floor and just got its structural permit... I love it. i wonder how far things will get before the rest of the permits for the exterior, interiors, etc get approved.BP:
