Can't wait for that full parcel to get developed. In these recent photos, it looks like Edmonton is an unfinished city. I guess it is, in a way, but these photos of dirt really make it obvious.

Does anyone know if they are just doing the foundation and UG parking for the first tower? Or will they do all the underground right now, then hold off on the above ground for tower 2 for a few years?

I was wondering the same thing when I drove by…..the pit looks awfully big for a single tower, yet not big enough when you factor in the entire site…..

And wasn't the podium connected in renderings? Does this mean it won't be?
