Something similar was done to the Ultima, they converted extra or excess retail space into two more "loft" residential units. Hence why everyone got moved up a floor to account for the added units. Its just reconfiguring space to better suit the current or more realistic need. Like Avenuer touched on above, the only thing to wonder is who the tenant is.

$60k incentive for remaining units as well. I assume that is off the price listed above.
