Got confirmation today on the height: 43 stories, 130m. Sounds like the start is actually delayed until the winter, though.

It's been pointed out to me that at 130m, the floor-to-ceiling heights might be a bit squished. Seems more likely that my source transposed the last two numbers in feet (425), as 452 feet = 138m. So I think that number is still correct.

Forgot to check up on this; apparently this was not a height increase to the tower itself, but does expand the podium by one floor.
