Been a quiet week development-wise, but here's something...

Apparently that steel was NOT for signage, but in fact part of the roof element. Perhaps it was designed to be retractable to enable crane access to the HVAC and other rooftop equipment?

As I recall from previous descriptions, there was to be a prominent "light box" on the roof of the building.
