I'm definitely a fan of how they treated the glass on the upper portion of the podium for the parking garage, it looks great compared to the original render.

The CRU's on the bottom though look very plain in the images provided.
 
Not much movement since the last update. They dug a small hole.

They haven't even started pre-sales for this. While Regency builds a lot, I can't see them building a 45s high rise without any sales. The original intent was condos.
 
@westcoastjos They may be going ahead as a rental building. That said, I believe Regency has pretty deep pockets and may not need to rely on presales. It's possible they could go ahead and hedge their bets on how the market plays out over the next few years.
Fair enough.

Rental erodes their case/argument for above ground parking from a financial margin angle.
 
I can see that not to far from the site, there is a mobile home or something being set up in a parking lot. Do you guys think that this could be the sales center?
