I realize that I wasn't very clear -- I'm not referring to the National Bank move into Manulife; that is still on (no change). I am talking about the WSP move into the central core area and potentially the lead tenant in the Connect Centre office build (or maybe a joint office residential build -- nothing in relation to WSP is all that clear yet except their move to the central core.

Ian said they're moving into Rice Howard Place....so this one has cold water poured on it as far as I'm concerned.
