And downtown is so in need of a destination store. Does it have one? With all the empty commercial space I think all the landlords should just chip in and provide a free space for Sporting Life. I think it could pay off by helping attract others - and nobody has to know they're not paying anything.

One larger one, but keep in mind that the intent of the north half is to support a tower eventually.
