Good morning everyone,

This post is to start February off right with some progress photos of the Jasper Tower by ONE Properties. The EllisDon team is keeping up to a steady construction schedule and the site has come a long way since September when I first visited. Nerval Corp is proud to announce a trade partnership in supply of the Millwork scope for this 33-storey mixed-used development designed by DIALOG and IBI Group. The podium has been topped off and we continue to go upwards!

It is a pleasure to be working with these industry leaders and influencers in redefining our Jasper Avenue and #yegdowntown neighborhoods.

Really? So they will be going faster than 1 floor/week. Pretty hard to believe, but would be great if it could be done.
Before the colder/snowier days we're having now, they were going 2 floors/week and then a little bit more. The first 4 floors went up in 2 weeks, 5th floor took a week, probably 6th and 7th will too.
I assume that as we approach spring temperatures, they can go back to building fast.
Topping up by mid-June would mean a little bit over 1 floor/week
