Eagle plans on breaking ground on the next phase next year as well!
Don’t remember the exact number, but it’s about 300. Floors 2-8 have 38 units each, but the main floor has a little bit less.
For reference it is 7 floors
Interesting so you must have a more accurate count on the number of suitesIf you’re using that picture as reference, it’s not up to date, because it’s 8 floors.
Source: my company is working on this project and I’ve seen the detailed plans.

With that many people in the area, maybe we'll see some amenities coming to the area, a restaurant as an example. So, if they don't change anything, it's going to be a total of ~3100 units developed. Add that to what's currently there + Times Square and in a few years Century Park will be looking at ~5000 units + ~160k sqft of retail space (not counting that Safeway). I don't remember how many it was originally planned to have, but that would be a monumental success in terms of ToD for Edmonton if it actually happens. Just thinkin that this is roughly 9-10k residents in the project area, based on averages for the number of occupants per dwelling, right at an LRT station, gives me joy.
You already have the Korean bbq, sorrentinos, Vietnamese place, Starbucks, pizza place and coffee place in the area just south and east of the station. Across 23 ave you add in a few more places. Might be room for some more, a little gastro pub would probably be a nice add. With that many people in the area, maybe we'll see some amenities coming to the area, a restaurant as an example.
